A deep exhale. A doorway inward.

Breathwork is a powerful tool for transformation, clearing the mind, softening tension, and reconnecting you to the wisdom of your body.

Your breath is more powerful than
you think.

Breathwork isn’t just about taking a deep inhale, it’s a tool for transformation. Science shows that conscious breathing can shift the nervous system, lower stress hormones, and bring you into a state of deep rest and clarity. When we change the way we breathe, we change the way we feel, unlocking new levels of presence, release, and connection.

Whether you join a private session for personalised support, a group workshop to move through breath with others, or a breathwork course to dive deep into the practice, this is an invitation to come home to yourself, one breath at a time.

How To Practice

  • In person & online

A space to land, let go, and breathe deeply.

These one-on-one sessions are designed just for you, offering personalised guidance to help you regulate your nervous system, process emotions, and reconnect with your breath in a way that feels natural and supportive.

Whether you’re holding onto stress, seeking clarity, or simply need space to exhale, this is where we begin.

  • These group sessions invite you into a space of collective energy and transformation.

Each session explores a different theme, guiding you through techniques that help release what’s stuck, awaken new awareness, and bring you back to a state of balance.

No experience needed, just an open mind and a willingness to breathe.

  • A breathwork journey that goes beyond a single session.

For those wanting to dive deeper, these multi-week courses provide a structured path into breathwork, nervous system awareness, and self-exploration.

You’ll learn how to use the breath as a tool for long-term emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing, integrating breathwork into your daily life in a meaningful way.

Breath By Breath

6 Week Breathwork Course
Monday 20th April
5.30pm - 6.30pm | $150
Reva Yoga & Wellness, New Plymouth

There is a world beneath your breath.

Most of us breathe without ever really noticing. Shallow, quick, automatic. We move through our days carrying more than we realise, and the body holds all of it.

Breath by Breath is a six-week conscious breathwork course designed to be a soft space in your week. A place to slow down, drop inward, and reconnect with yourself through the most natural thing you already do. This course isn't about big releases or dramatic transformation. It's quieter than that. It's about learning to be with your breath, to trust it, and to discover what opens up when you finally stop and listen.

What Is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious connected breathwork uses a simple, continuous circular rhythm of breathing, no pause between the inhale and exhale. It's done lying down, guided, with music. It's the same practice used in each session throughout this course. Not a different technique every week, but a deepening relationship with one practice over six weeks. The simplicity is the point. When you return to the same breath again and again, something shifts. The mind quietens. The body softens. You get beneath the surface.

Conscious connected breathwork is a powerful practice and is not suitable for everyone. This course is not suitable for you if you have:

  • Cardiovascular problems or high or abnormal blood pressure

  • History of aneurysms, epilepsy, or seizures

  • Severe psychiatric symptoms including psychosis or paranoia

  • Bipolar disorder

  • Osteoporosis, recent surgery, or significant physical injury

  • Glaucoma or retinal detachment

  • Pregnancy without written approval from your doctor

  • Heavy medication use or active addiction

If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler and consult your doctor before attending. If you are unsure about anything at all, please reach out before booking.

Your breath is a bridge between stillness and movement, tension and release, the outside world and the world within. In every inhale, an opening. In every exhale, a letting go.
