Unbound is a 6-week group breathwork series designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and release what’s been held inside for too long. Each week, you’ll be guided through a conscious connected breathwork journey—a practice that uses the breath as a catalyst for emotional clearing, somatic awareness, and deep inner listening.
This is a space where you don’t have to fix or perform. You don’t have to have the right words. You just need to breathe.
Whether you're moving through change, feeling a little stuck, or simply curious about what lies beneath the surface—this course offers a supportive space to breathe, feel, and reconnect.
